The Women in Title Treasure Valley Chapter officially held its inaugural meeting, and it was exactly what this community is meant to be!
The morning was filled with honest conversations as members shared their “why”, why they showed up, why this space matters, and why they believe in what WiT stands for. And what quickly became clear was exactly how aligned they all were. A shared understanding that when we support, mentor, and collaborate (instead of compete), something bigger happens.
For far too many, this kind of support hasn’t always been the norm.
There were moments in our careers where the power of women supporting women wasn’t felt. And while those experiences weren’t always easy, they were defining. They showed us exactly why spaces like this are needed and why building them together matters.
This chapter was created with the intention of being the support that so many of us once needed. To create a space where individuals feel seen, encouraged, and backed at every stage of their journey. A space that shifts the mindset from competition to collaboration, from isolation to connection, and from individual success to shared growth.
Treasure Valley is building something special, rooted in community and driven by collaboration.
