Published on July 27, 2026

Women in Title is proud to announce the appointment of Neil Gulley as our first Adjunct Advisory Board Member, marking an important step in the continued growth and evolution of our organization.

Since its founding, Women in Title has been built on the belief that meaningful change happens through advocacy, collaboration, and empowering one another. As our community continues to grow, so does our responsibility to bring diverse perspectives to the table and strengthen our ability to serve the title industry.

Neil joins the Advisory Board in a non-voting, adjunct capacity, providing strategic insight, industry expertise, and a unique perspective that will help support the organization's long-term vision. His appointment reflects Women in Title's longstanding commitment to inclusivity and allyship while preserving the leadership and mission that have defined the organization from the beginning.

"We have always believed that advancing women in the title industry is strengthened, not diminished, by the support of allies who are committed to opening doors, sharing knowledge, and investing in future leaders," said Kim Whitlock, Founder and President of Women in Title. "Neil's leadership, industry experience, and genuine commitment to helping others succeed make him a valuable addition to our Advisory Board as we continue to expand our impact across the industry."

Throughout his career, Neil has earned the respect of colleagues across the title industry for his leadership, integrity, and commitment to elevating those around him. His willingness to lend his voice, experience, and network to Women in Title represents another example of what is possible when organizations and individuals work together toward a shared vision.

This appointment also builds on Women in Title's strong history of allyship. From engaging male advocates through initiatives like the Bubble Project to partnering with organizations and leaders who believe in creating opportunities for women, Women in Title has remained committed to bringing people together not drawing lines between them.

As the organization looks ahead, Women in Title remains focused on expanding its influence, creating meaningful opportunities for connection and leadership, and strengthening the title industry through collaboration. Neil's appointment is one more step in that journey.

Please join us in welcoming Neil Gulley to the Women in Title leadership team!
